Additive Injection Systems
The effectiveness of our Fuel Additive, Enhancer, and Treatment Products relies heavily on accurate and consistent dosing. To ensure optimal results, we’ve developed several methods to integrate our products into your fueling process.
Small-Scale – Manual Application
For small fleets or individual vehicles where centralized fueling is not possible, a manual dispensing bottle can be stored in each vehicle. Operators simply add the product during each refueling.
Large-Scale – Semi or Fully Automated Systems
For larger fleets with centralized (home base) fueling, a semi or fully automated injection system is essential. These systems offer the most reliable and sustainable way to dose additives, ensuring the correct ratio is always used and eliminating the risk of human error or oversight.
By injecting additives directly into your main bulk fuel tanks, you guarantee consistent, accurate application every time fuel is delivered.
Our injection plants are custom-designed to meet each client’s specific requirements:

Semi-Automated Systems: The fuel depot operator manually enters the volume of incoming fuel, allowing the system to calculate and inject the precise amount of additive.

Fully Automated Systems: These units detect when new fuel is being received and automatically dispense the correct dosage. They also monitor inventory levels, issuing alerts when stocks are running low to prevent supply shortages.
Once installed, the system is maintained under a service level agreement with Benveroy. This includes regular servicing and calibration to ensure ongoing reliability and performance.
